Yunnan Green Superior is a tea with an exceptionally high proportion of silvery leaves, giving the infusion a delicate floral and fruity flavour with a pleasant astringency. The liquor has a light yellow colour and offers a refreshing, light-bodied drinking experience.
It comes from tea gardens in Yunnan Province, specifically the Simao area (Pu’er City), at an altitude of around 1,600 metres. The leaves are picked early in the morning, steamed, rolled into delicate needle-like shapes and dried. This traditional process helps preserve their purity and quality.

Recommended brewing instructions:
- 2.5 g of tea (1 teaspoon)
- 250 ml of water at 80°C
- Steep for 3 minutes
