Ceylon Sunrise comes from the mountainous Uva region of Sri Lanka, where the high altitude and fresh mountain air produce a tea with a clean, delicately floral flavor and a bright amber infusion.
In the cup, you’ll discover subtle floral notes, a hint of citrus freshness, and a gentle astringency that keeps the flavor lively and refreshing. It is a well-balanced, elegant black tea perfect for an everyday tea ritual.
Ingredients: 100% Ceylon black tea
Recommended brewing method:
- 2 g of tea (1 teaspoon)
- 250 ml of water at 100°C (212°F)
- Steeping time: 3 minutes
