Blueberry & Anise is a fruit and herbal blend in which half of the mix consists of freeze-dried blueberries, carefully preserved to retain the aroma and flavor of fresh berries. The infusion is bursting with sweet-tart fruit notes and a delicate wild berry character.
The other half is made up of herbs that bring balance and depth to the cup. Anise adds a subtle spicy lift, blueberry leaves enhance the berry profile, chamomile softens the blend, and eucalyptus provides a refreshing finish. The result is a juicy, clean, and well-balanced infusion—a true blueberry tea for anyone who loves the authentic taste of real fruit.
Ingredients: Freeze-dried blueberries (50%), blueberry leaves, anise, chamomile, eucalyptus
Recommended brewing method:
- 5 g of tea (3 teaspoons)
- 250 ml of water at 95°C (203°F)
- Steeping time: 10 minutes
