We chose this Brazilian harvest as a “low-threshold” coffee, intended for undemanding clients and for those who would like to switch to a better one, selected varieties of coffee, but for some reason can not afford a quick one-time step. This coffee will open a way for you to specialty coffee, even if you or your clients are still using a roasted commodity coffee. It is also suitable for the gastro segment, where it is more difficult to adapt to the full range of taste preferences of customers.

It is a mixture of quality coffees collected from the entire famous Minas Gerais region. Therefore, cannot be called selective coffee in the true sense of the word. However, its taste quality would reach the selection evaluation. At the same time, it achieves the quality of NY2, which allows only a very small number of defects. The coffee size is 17/18 – the second largest you can buy from Brazil. So it is a very high quality Arabica, a more conservative taste, which we roast a little more than our other coffees. However, you still don’t come across the taste of roasting itself, its taste profile is determined by the region and we reduce the natural acidity a bit by a slightly longer “development” during roasting. The coffee is suitable for classic espresso and can also be used in home or company vending machines.
