Claudivan Caetano inherited his passion for growing excellent quality coffee from his grandfather, who was a seasonal worker working on coffee farms in Sul de Minas in the 1970s. In 2016, Claudivan fulfilled his grandfather’s vision by acquiring an abandoned farm with his father and brother. Together, their hard work has revitalized the farm, bringing high-quality specialty production to the Sul de Minas farm. Today, the once-abandoned coffee crop flourishes under their care.
Claudivan harvest ripe, red cherry and using a static drying box – the secret to his top-quality fruity Natural – to slowly dry cherry. It takes 17 to 21 days for cherry to dry.
We found this coffee really rich and well balanced. You can expect tones of dried plums on a body with a pleasant aftertaste of pecan and chocolate mousse.
