At the end of the year we wanted to bring you something extra. And we have founded.
This coffee was grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at the farm Villa
Betulia. This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to select only
the ripest cherries. Later, the cherries were fermented for 40 hours in
an anaerobic environment. Then the cherries were pulped, gently
washed, and sundried until ideal moisture content was achieved.
This micro-lot is 100% Gesha. This variety was first discovered by
Abyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931. Gesha was planted in Panama
You can expect a cup full of different taste and beatiful floral aroma. There is dominant taste of peach, lichee and a juiciness of green apple with an aftertaste of meadow honey. Enjoy it!
