Banko Dhadatu is one of the most famous places in Ethiopia where excellent coffee is produced. The washing processing station was built here in 2019 by Mitika Alemayehu to buy and process ripe red coffee cherries from the surrounding small farmers around the Bank Dhadatu headquarters. Mitiku is a native of the nearby town of Gedeb and started working in the coffee industry 12 years ago.
